Maria
and Adolfo Venturino came to the United States from ITALY in 1964. We lived in New York until 1977, When we moved to New Mexico in July of that year. In 1978 when Frank and Clara
Montanile
opened Venezia's Restaurant and Pizzeria, Maria went to work for Frank. In the kitchen she prepared her Italian dishes and homemade Marinara Sauce. Maria worked for 9 years until both her sons Renato and Aldo were about to graduate from high school. When her oldest son was about to graduate from high school, Maria stopped working now that her children were grown up.
Maria started to work again for Venezia's in 2000 Frank and Clara got together with Renato & Aldo to re-open Venezia's Pizzeria. To this day she still makes her famous Marinara Sauce,Homemade Meatballs, she still makes the Lasagna,Baked Ziti,Eggplant,Chicken Parmigiana from scratch. She is a women who loves to bring the traditions from her home town and cook them up everyday, right here in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque for everyone to enjoy.
Frank and Calra with their son Domenick opened a Venezia's pizzeria in Arizona, for those who like to travel back and forth.
Maria along with Renato & Aldo thank the surrounding communities for their support.
